Concorp is a multinational oil company with operations in Sudan, Uganda, Chad, Libya, and the Sultanate of Oman. Established in 1976 by Mr. M.A.G. Abbas, we have built a strong reputation in the oil and gas industry, specializing in oil refinery construction, field development, petroleum products, pipelines, tank farms, and petroleum distribution.

2000
Entered the oil business and purchased three refineries (2,000 BPD, 10,000 BPD, and 25,000 BPD) from the USA. The 2,000 BPD refinery was the first privately owned refinery in Sudan, operating in the Abu-Jabra western Sudan oil field.
 Successfully Negotiate and purchase Chevron Oil Company of Sudan, gaining access to 42 million acres of concession rights with 1.3 billion barrels of proven oil reserves.
Sold chevron oil company in Sudan and assets to Sudan government
 constructed our own 10.000 Bpd , operational in June 1999 , additionally we expanded down stream into petroleum products distribution and marketing
Entered Chad’s oil industry by developing the Sedigi (North Lake Tchad )
oil field and constructing a 341 km pipeline to transport crude oil to Concorp’s N’Djamena refinery.
Since 2000, we have successfully delivered multiple construction and pipeline projects across Chad and Sudan, contributing to infrastructure development and economic growth in the region to this day.

Concorp Khartoum Refinery Sudan
Concorp Khartoum Refinery Storage Capacity is as follows:
- One Tank, with a capacity of 5000m3 to receive crude. A second tank of equal size is to be constructed, the platform for it is ready
- A 2100m3 day tank to supply the refinery with crude from the main tank
- Two tanks each with a capacity of 2100m3 to receive the furnace oil produced by the refinery
- One tank with a capacity of 1050m3 to receive slops
- Six tanks with a capacity of 600m3 each
Development of Sedigi Oil Field and Pipeline Construction
In 2000, Concorp secured a $34 million EPCM contract to develop Chad’s Sedigi Oil Field and build a 341 km pipeline to supply crude oil to the Ndjamena refinery.
The job requires:
- Opening of the well
- Drilling water wells for water injection
- Cleaning of the wells
- Installation of x-masstrees
- Erecting network of pipes to transport crude oil to production facilities
- Building of crude tanks and pumpfarm
- Installation of power generating system

On the other hand Concorp laid 341km of 6″ pipeline to carry crude oil produced from Sedigi Oil Field north of Lake Chad to Concorp N’djamena refinery.
The job requires:
- Laying of 341km of 6" pipeline
- Welding of pipes using mobile welding machines & lifting equipment
- Pipes coating
- X-Raying the pipeline
- Building of pump stations along the pipeline


Hannan Kuwait Village - Sudan
In 1982, Concorp expanded to Sudan and undertook the Hannan Village Project, initially worth $5.15 million. Phase 2 increased the investment to $10 million, adding infrastructure like roads, drainage, water purification, and farms. The project was funded by Kuwait’s Women’s Culture, Social Society, and Usrati Magazine, with support from Kuwaiti officials and Concorp’s chairman, Mr. M. A. Jarelnabi Abbas.
